No matter who you are employed by, from time to time you may find yourself being invited to a formal meeting to discuss a Performance, Attendance or Conduct issue. As a member you’re entitled to representation at these meetings and arranging this is simple. But you need to tell us as soon as possible.
You should always receive a written invitation to a formal meeting telling you what the meeting is about and giving you enough time to get in touch with us, which you should do straight away.
You’ll need to give us a copy of the invite letter along with any relevant documentation and the easiest way to do this is to scan or photograph the letter and send it to us via email to email@example.com as soon as possible so we can make arrangements for you to be represented.
